- Will I be charged sales tax on my order?
- Since Steger Creek is located in The Commonwealth of Virginia, we are required to charge 5% sales tax regardless of where the order is shipped.
- What payment methods are accepted at Steger Creek?
- We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal and business checks. Steger Creek gift certificates may also be redeemed for merchandise.
- Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?
- Most items can be placed in a lovely gift bag trimmed with ribbon or a seasonal decoration.
- What is Steger Creek’s return policy?

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases at Steger Creek. We will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of the purchase with a sales receipt for merchandise in its original, unused condition including original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Return items that appear used, physically damaged, or misused can not be accepted. Refunds will be issued in the form and amount of original payment. Refunds for purchases made by check require a 14 day waiting period.
Merchandise returned after 30 days with or without a receipt will be refunded for the purchase price with a store credit, subject to the following exceptions: Merchandise from a previous season cannot be returned. Merchandise sold at a discount of 50% or greater may not be returned. Food items may not be returned. Custom designed items, such as floral arrangements, may not be returned. Merchandise returned without a receipt will be refunded with a store credit at the lowest price of the last 60 days. Returns of special ordered items are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- How are shipping charges determined?

Shipping charges are based on the merchandise total shipped to each address within the continental United States. All orders will be shipped via UPS and for most orders shipping will fall into one of the categories listed below. Especially large or bulky items, however, may require a shipping charge based on weight.
